The F4s consists of a F4 body with an addtional MB-21 battery pack, featuring a second shutter release button for vertical shootings and increasing the motor speed up to 5.7 frames / sec in CH (continous high) mode.

To me, the F4s is the most beautiful camera Nikon ever built! I love it! Knobs, dials, levers, not a single screen, and then the F4s’ slant, Guigaro did a great design job.

The F4s was manufactured from September 1988 until 1996.

I purchased the pictured camera at a camera store in Zurich, Switzerland, in December 2000.
